We walk every door you want secured, every entry point, every access boundary. We talk through who needs to get where, and when. Usually 30–45 minutes.

Written specification

You get a fixed quote, a hardware spec sheet, and an access hierarchy diagram if you've gone for master keys. Approve it before any work is ordered.

Installed & commissioned

Locks fitted, keys cut, fobs programmed, master key register handed over. Outside business hours if you need us to. You get a final walk-through and the paperwork.

The lost key still works until you ask us to re-pin the suite. If a sub-key is lost, only the cylinders that key opens need re-pinning. If the master is lost, the whole suite has to be reset. We talk through risk management on the site visit.
